Before you download

Which images can I use?

Use photos or screenshots of flyers, invitations, schedules, notes, or bookings. The title, date, and time must be readable. You can scan an image with more than one event. Check each result before you save.

Can I correct the event details?

Yes. Review the title, date, time, and location before you save. Scans can contain errors, especially when text is unclear or dates are incomplete.

Does it work with my calendar?

You can save events to Apple Calendar or export a standard .ICS calendar file. Import that file into Google Calendar on a computer, or into Outlook using its calendar import option. The import steps depend on your calendar app.

Is my image processed on my device?

No. The selected image is sent over HTTPS to our server for processing. Short-lived caches or logs may be used. See the Privacy Notice for details about processing and retention.

How do I cancel a subscription or trial?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Photo2Calendar and cancel there. Cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the next charge. Your local price and terms appear in the App Store before purchase.
